מי אנחנו
PhoneRemo הוא שירות שהופך טלפון לשלט למשחקים ולמסכים. המדיניות חלה על phoneremo.com, play.phoneremo.com, על ה-SDK שמוגש מהם ועל אפליקציית PhoneRemo לטלוויזיה. לשאלות: support@phoneremo.com.
מה קורה במהלך משחק
- פתיחת חיבור. מסך שפותח את PhoneRemo מקבל מזהה חיבור אקראי וקוד חדר. המזהה מופיע בקוד ה-QR.
- שרת הממסר. כשהטלפון מצטרף, שרת הממסר שלנו מקבל את מזהה החיבור, את השם שבחרתם, את סוג המכשיר (מערכת הפעלה וטלפון או טאבלט), את השפה, ואת הפעולות שלכם: תנועה, נגיעות, לחיצות וטקסט שאתם מקלידים דרך מקלדת הטלפון. הוא מעביר אותם אל המסך. השרת רואה את המידע שעובר דרכו, ואינו שומר אותו.
- חיבור ישיר (WebRTC). כשהטלפון והמסך באותה רשת, הפעולות יכולות לעבור ישירות ביניהם. כדי ליצור חיבור כזה הדפדפנים פונים לשרתי STUN ציבוריים של Google ושל Cloudflare, שרואים את כתובות ה-IP של המכשירים.
- כתובת IP. השרת משתמש בכתובת ה-IP בזיכרון בלבד, כדי להגביל שימוש לרעה (למשל יותר מדי חיבורים בדקה).
- חיישני תנועה. נתוני החיישנים מעובדים בטלפון עצמו. נשלחים רק נתוני השליטה שמתקבלים מהם (למשל מיקום הסמן או זווית ההגה). באייפון הדפדפן מבקש את רשותכם.
- הקלדה בקול. אם אתם משתמשים בהקלדה קולית, הדיבור מעובד בשירות הזיהוי של יצרן הדפדפן או הטלפון, לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלו. אנחנו מקבלים רק את הטקסט.
מה נשמר, ואיפה
שום דבר לא נשמר אצלנו אחרי שהחיבור נגמר, מלבד:
- יומני שרת טכניים (למשל נתיבי בקשות ושגיאות), בלי מזהי חיבור, בלי אסימונים ובלי שמות שחקנים. הם נשמרים 14 יום.
- בטלפון שלכם: השם שבחרתם והרשאת חזרה למשחק שתוקפה פג (עד 24 שעות), באחסון של הדפדפן, כדי שתוכלו לחזור לאותו מקום אם החיבור נקטע.
- בדפדפן של המסך: פרטי החיבור (עד 7 ימים) והעדפות כמו שפה, צליל ואיכות גרפיקה.
- באפליקציית הטלוויזיה: קוד החיבור נשמר במכשיר עד שבוחרים "קוד חדש".
שמות השחקנים נבחרים על ידיכם, נשלחים אל המסך, ולא נשמרים בשרת מעבר לזמן החיבור. האתר לא משתמש בעוגיות מעקב.
אפליקציית PhoneRemo לטלוויזיה
- מצב "משחקים" טוען את play.phoneremo.com בתוך האפליקציה, וכל מה שכתוב למעלה חל עליו.
- מצב "שליטה בטלוויזיה" משתמש בשירות הנגישות של Android, שאתם מפעילים בעצמכם בהגדרות המכשיר אחרי הסבר באפליקציה. השירות משמש רק כדי להציג את הסמן, לבצע את הלחיצות, את הניווט ואת הטקסט שאתם שולחים מהטלפון. הוא לא משמש לאיסוף מידע אישי, ותוכן המסך לא נשלח לשום מקום.
- האפליקציה מבקשת רק הרשאות אינטרנט ומצב רשת. אפשר לכבות את שירות הנגישות בכל רגע בהגדרות Android.

הזכויות שלכם
מאחר שאיננו שומרים מידע אישי אחרי החיבור, בדרך כלל אין מידע לעיין בו או למחוק. את מה שנשמר בדפדפן אפשר למחוק בהגדרות הדפדפן, ואת מה שנשמר באפליקציה – עם "קוד חדש" או מחיקת נתוני האפליקציה. לכל שאלה כתבו אל support@phoneremo.com.

In short
- No accounts, no ads, and no tracking or analytics tools.
- What you do on your phone is passed to the screen so the game works. Nothing is kept on our side after the session ends, apart from technical server logs without ids.
- The name you choose is shown on the screen and stored only in your phone's browser.
Who we are
PhoneRemo turns a phone into a controller for games and screens. This policy covers phoneremo.com, play.phoneremo.com, the SDK served from them, and the PhoneRemo TV app. Questions: support@phoneremo.com.
What happens during a session
- Opening a session. A screen that opens PhoneRemo gets a random session id and a room code. The id is in the QR code.
- The relay. When a phone joins, our relay server receives the session id, the name you chose, the device type (operating system, phone or tablet), the language, and your inputs: motion, touches, button presses and text you type with the phone keyboard. It passes them to the screen. The relay sees the data that transits it and does not keep it.
- Direct connection (WebRTC). When the phone and the screen are on the same network, inputs can travel directly between them. To set this up, the browsers contact public STUN servers run by Google and Cloudflare, which can see the devices' IP addresses.
- IP address. The server uses your IP address in memory only, to limit abuse (for example, too many connections per minute).
- Motion sensors. Sensor data is processed on the phone. Only the resulting controller input (such as the cursor position or the steering angle) is sent. On an iPhone, the browser asks for your permission.
- Voice typing. If you use voice typing, speech is processed by the recognition service of your browser or phone vendor, under its privacy policy. We receive only the text.
What is stored, and where
Nothing is kept on our side after the session ends, except:
- Server logs of technical events (such as request paths and errors), without session ids, tokens or player names. They are kept for 14 days.
- On your phone: the name you chose and expiring rejoin credentials (up to 24 hours) in browser storage, so you can return to your seat if the connection drops.
- In the screen's browser: the session credentials (up to 7 days) and preferences such as language, sound and graphics quality.
- In the TV app: the session code is stored on the device until you choose "New code".
Player names are chosen by you, sent to the screen, and never stored by the server beyond the session. The site uses no tracking cookies.
The PhoneRemo TV app
- Play games loads play.phoneremo.com inside the app; everything above applies to it.
- Control your TV uses an Android accessibility service, which you turn on yourself in the device settings after an explanation in the app. The service is used only to show the cursor and to perform the clicks, navigation and text you send from your phone. It is not used to collect personal data, and screen content is not sent anywhere.
- The app asks only for internet and network-state permissions. You can turn the accessibility service off at any time in Android settings.
Other sites that use the SDK
Any website can embed PhoneRemo. The phone always shows which site it is connected to. Such sites also have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Because we keep no personal data after a session, there is usually nothing to access or delete. You can clear what is stored in the browser in your browser settings, and what the TV app stores with "New code" or by clearing the app's data. For any question, write to support@phoneremo.com.
